Submitted for review means a decision is pending. Saved on this device means the draft is still in that browser. Neither status means accepted evidence.
Pending evidence earns zero points. Review comes first. First Recorder credit is separate from contribution points and from artist credit.
Save and visit are different.
Saving a work keeps a link. Recording a visit is a separate action and may require a location check, a supported tag, or a beacon. A save is not ownership or proof of a visit.

The accepted record change comes first. Points are secondary and are not sold.
